As we approach voting for or against Prop 19, Regulate, Control and Tax Cannabis Act of 2010, PlainView wants to examine all sides of the issue. So over the next few months we'll be featuring blog entries from all sides in this debate, including law enforcement, politicians, and of course marijuana activists and users.
